1. Service Details
We offer consultation services via email to assist foreigners with any questions regarding Japanese income tax.
Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee the tax office will not raise any points of concern.
- Each session lasts 50 minutes.
- The fee is JPY 16,500.
2.Time Slots
You can select from the available time slots indicated in the calendar below.
3.Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges are as follows:
- At least 3 days before the session: Free of charge
- 1 to 2 days before the session: 30% of the session fee
- Up to the session time on the day of the session: 50% of the session fee
- Once the scheduled session time has passed: Non-refundable
Any financial institution charges incurred for the payment of cancellation fees shall be borne by the Client.
4.Application Process
- Select your preferred time slot from the calendar below and proceed with the credit card payment.
- Within 24 hours after confirming your payment, we will send you a link to our contact form. Please describe your consultation in the inquiry form. We will reply via email at the scheduled session time.
- The session will end 50 minutes after the start time. If you email us after 50 minutes, you will receive an automated reply informing you that your session has ended.
- If you wish to book an additional session, the earliest available date will be two days later.
- If you would like two consecutive hours, we recommend selecting two consecutive time slots in advance.
5.Payment
The fee is JPY 16,500.
Once we receive your booking email, we will send you a payment link.
Please note that we are unable to provide the service until we have received your payment confirmation, as per our prepayment policy.
Therefore, we recommend that you avoid booking just one day before your desired date, as it is highly likely that we will not be able to confirm your payment in time.
